Dear Elise,
Just last Friday, the HSI Canada team was in Centre-du-Quebec to rescue 64 dogs from a wretched puppy mill and some of the most inhumane conditions we've ever encountered. As you can imagine, it was absolutely heartbreaking.
The good news is they’re safe and soon will be in loving homes of their own. This is the kind of cruelty we fight every day, and we must remain vigilant -- protecting dogs in puppy mills, animals in research labs and on factory farms, baby seals, and so many others.
Because you care so much about animals, I’m asking you today to make a special gift -- $30, $50, $75 or whatever you can afford -- to support our life-saving work. Will you help?
You’re a vital partner in the business of keeping animals safe and out of harm’s way. Whether it's baby seals just a few weeks of age being clubbed and shot to death for their fur, or chickens and pigs crammed in too-small cages for their entire lives, or dogs forced to breed over and over again for profit.
We can only stop this suffering by banding together to fight such institutionalized abuse.
It’s thanks to the generous support of people like you that makes this work possible. Please donate to HSI Canada today, and help us save animals from cruelty and neglect, like the dogs we rescued last week.
Thank you so much for being there for animals.
Sincerely,

Rebecca Aldworth
